DMCA Copyright Policy

SaxTab respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are reported to us.

Reporting Infringement

If you believe that content available on SaxTab infringes your copyright, please send a written DMCA takedown notice to us at dmca@saxtab.com containing the following information:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work — a description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works are covered, a representative list.
2. Identification of the infringing material — a description of the material you claim is infringing, with sufficient detail to allow us to locate it (e.g., a URL).
3. Your contact information — your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
4. Good faith statement — a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. Accuracy statement — a statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
6. Your signature — a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.

Our Response

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, SaxTab will:

• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
• Notify the user who uploaded the content of the takedown.
• Take appropriate action against repeat infringers, up to and including permanent account termination.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@saxtab.com including: your contact information, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed in error, and your consent to jurisdiction.
